Surf Strength 

Boost your balance to catch that wave. This 50 minute class focuses on balance exercises on the reformer, all while giving you a strong core, stability, stamina and tone. Teaching your muscles to fire correctly allows you to enjoy all of your other favorite fitness/daily activities. Even better? Strengthening your balance can also correct any misalignments that might be happening in your body. You’ll want to have taken a Pilates class or two before you take this one. Grip socks required. 

Full Body Pilates 

Toned from head to toe. This 50 minute class is a total body burn as you move slowly and deliberately between postures to target every muscle. Walk out feeling rebalanced, rejuvenated, and two inches taller! All levels. Grip socks required. 

PCH (Pilates Core Hour)

Soft core no more–it’s time to get those shredded abs you’ve been searching for. This core-focused 50 minute class utilizes the reformer and props that will drastically change the look of your core. Come ready for planks and a good sweat. All levels. Grip socks required. 

Calabasas Ass 

Want that booty lift? Your bottom half will thank you for this 50 minute class. This target training workout will challenge every part of your glute and core, utilizing only the reformer and props. No arm work or cardio necessary here. Expect killer booty works and all the shakes. All levels. Grip socks required. 

Trampoline Pilates 

Get your heart rate up while being safe on your joints and ligaments during this 50 minute class. Create power of muscles to support your body through dynamic jumping sequences on the Merrithew reformer. Trampoline Pilates creates an increase in endurance and muscle strength, helps in the rehabilitation process, and improves motor coordination and balance. All levels. Grip socks required. 

Sunset Sweat

Come ready to sweat the day away in this 50 minute class. This athletic reformer class will strengthen and tone your entire body, all while detoxifying the body, soothing and invigorating the nervous system, and building cardiovascular strength and stamina. Get ready to feel sore in all the right places. All levels. Grip socks required. 

Closeout

Time to get a break from the waves. This slow flow 50 minute class infuses traditional Pilates reformer movements that focuses on stretching and lengthening your muscles. Expect lying down exercises on the reformer, strap exercises, and trigger point technology foam rollers to release and restore your muscles. Ease your mind, reconnect with your breath, and feel good in your body. All levels. Grip socks required. 

Private Classes

Private Reformer Pilates Class - 1 hour

During this private session with an instructor, you’ll get one-on-one attention. Whether you are new and want to learn the basics or are looking for a more advanced, custom-tailored workout session, we’ll work together to establish goals and discuss your injuries, strengths and weaknesses.

Duo and Semi-privates

This class is great for smaller groups that still want a private experience. You’ll get the full benefit of goal setting and custom-tailored workouts.
